How It Works: A 4-Step Process

1. Mechanical Weed & Moss Shearing

I run commercial rotary brushing machinery equipped with counter-rotating wire and poly brushes over your driveway or patio. This shears heavy moss, stubborn weeds, and edge turf down to ground level—reaching into block paving crevices without disturbing the sub-base or using water.

2. Debris Gathering & Disposal

Because high pressure water is not used, there is no splashback all over the house, windows, bins etc. like there can be when pressure washing.  I thoroughly sweep, gather, and bag up the dry moss, weeds, and soil, leaving your property clean and tidy.

3. Professional Joint Topping

For block paving surfaces, I sweep fresh, kiln-dried jointing sand back into the joints where needed to maintain full structural interlock and stability. I also offer patio repointing if required.

4. HSE-Approved Biocide Finish

Brushing clears what you can see; biocide handles what you can't. I finish by applying a commercial, HSE-approved residual biocide treatment using a targeted low-volume spray. This absorbs into the surface pores, neutralizing invisible micro-spores to keep moss, algae, and lichen away for up to 12 months.
